Olivia Russell, PA is A-MAZING. I would literally not be alive today without her. After many years of being dismissed by other providers, I was blessed enough to be treated by Olivia. Sick with no answers for over a year, declining more and more she was determined to figure it out. And she DID !! I had a life saving procedure and I’m on the road to recovery. I trust this woman with my life and would recommend her to everyone I could without a doubt !! In fact, since 2023 I’ve sent 4 new patients her way and they’ve all had amazing experiences!

I started coming to this practice because it’s conveniently in my neighborhood, but I’ve stayed a current patient because PA Olivia is genuinely the best healthcare provider. I’ve had so many different doctors throughout my life, some have been really condescending or even scolded me. But Olivia is extremely down to earth, empathetic, pleasant to speak with, and encouraging in regards to my health.

The girls in the front and the girl who got my vitals ( so sorry I forgot her name) but they were so sweet and caring. Olivia PA was AMAZING. She makes you feel comfortable and is transparent.

The doctors office is soooo nice and the staff are so so so sweet and helpful, I went to Meredith Lee and I have never really experienced a doctor that truly cared about me and my health as much as she has. Never had a doctor go above and beyond for me like she did! So compassionate and you can tell everyone there cares, low wait times, great decoration, amazing staff 10/10

The doctor is amazing!! The front desk staff is not the best but hopefully the clinic can address that. I have been going to them for years and never had any issues always got amazing care. Recently the front desk staff has not been great. I sent an email and the staff managers handled it really well and resolved my issues. I definitely recommend Dr.Tran!!!

My family and I are so thankful for our PA, Olivia Russell, she’s truly one of a kind. My mom, my sister and I all see her, and she’s taken the time to understand each of our different needs and find solutions that actually make a difference. She listens with care, pays attention to every detail, and treats each visit with professionalism and compassion. I used to joke that I didn’t want to share her because she’s just that good but the truth is more people deserve to experience the level of care she provides but also she deserves that same level of recognition because its rare to find someone who blends expertise, empathy, and genuine kindness so effortlessly. If you’re looking for a provider who will make you feel heard, supported, and cared for like family, she’s the one. My only regret is not finding her sooner!

I have been a patient of Olivia’s at Van Tran Family Practice for about two years. She is an incredible provider. Not only is she warm, kind, approachable and patient, she’s also extremely knowledgeable. When I became sick with a wide range of different symptoms (with different providers, like dentists and eye doctors), I knew my first stop needed to be her. I compiled all of my separate symptoms in a list and she sat down with me and immediately clocked an autoimmune disease. She got me into preliminary testing that showed autoimmune disease (enough that it allowed me to get in with a specialist) and I am now on the path to figuring out what all is going on. She was 100% correct in her initial suspicions of what I had based on clinical presentation, and I’m now working with specialists to get deeper into additional things that are going on. She is the center of my care team and I’m so grateful to have her!

Olivia is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. Her bedside manner is unmatched, and she truly knows her stuff. She’s incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. You can tell she prioritizes her patients’ well-being instead of rushing through appointments or focusing on quotas. She makes you feel seen, heard, and taken care of every single visit. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Van Tran’s office since June 2025, and my experience with PA-C Olivia Russell has been exceptional. She truly listens, provides thoughtful and clear guidance, and always makes sure I fully understand my care plan. Olivia creates an environment where you feel welcomed, supported, and safe to speak openly and that makes all the difference. Before meeting Olivia, I had my PCP provider at a Memorial Hermann clinic. However, the level of care that Olivia provides is unmatched. After experiencing her professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness, I changed my PCP on my insurance specifically so I could continue being seen at Dr. Van Tran’s office. Olivia has done an exceptional job, and I’ve never felt more confident in my care. She has a gift for explaining things in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Her passion for what she does shows in every visit, and I’m so grateful my colleague recommended her to me. She consistently goes above and beyond for my medical needs. Without hesitation, I would refer anyone to schedule with Olivia and I’ve already recommended her to several of my family members.

Everyone at Dr. Van Tran Family Practice is excellent! I have seen each provider here (pending availability) and the transition in my care has been seamless. I feel like each provider truly listens to my concerns, spends ample time helping me evaluate options, and genuinely is invested in my health. Meredith in particular deserves a huge shout out- I have never met such a thorough and thoughtful medical provider!! I’ve recommended friends and family come here and they have been so happy with the care they have received. If you need a GP, you’ll be in great hands at this practice!
